Can we filter the below log data into CSV format?

Can we filter the below log data into CSV format ?
Code:
[text ] [test] timestamp [pool-10-thread-1] INFO  <text > - Some text Drive  ..

Need a format of separate field such as
Code:
1                  2                3                                                      4                           5            6           7              8

Code:
[text ] |  [test] |  timestamp  | [pool-10-thread-1] | INFO  | <text > | - |  Some text Drive  ..

Post 7, everything should be in same column

Kindly help me to get the script to do it.
