Error with LFTP

I use below ftp command to push the file from UNIX server to Mainframe system.

Code:

(lftp -d -e "set ftp:passive-mode false; put -a ${SPOOLFILE} -o ${FNAME}; exit" -u ${id},${paswd} ${host} ) >> $ftplog

To ftp the file successfully i need to get the out put for FNAME as

Code:

 "'filename'"

(double quote followed by single quote filename then single quote followed by double quote).

I tried assigning below format for FNAME but i could get the format as required.

o/p FNAME="'\''filename'\''"


FNAME=\"'filename'\"

o/p FNAME="'\''filename'\''"

Can anyone help me to get the required quote in put command.

NAME

       asn2asn - convert NCBI data between text and binary ASN.1

SYNOPSIS

       asn2asn [-] [-b] [-e] [-i filename] [-l filename] [-o filename] [-s] [-x]

DESCRIPTION

       asn2asn converts data in NCBI's ASN.1 format between binary and text subformats, or to isomorphic XML.

OPTIONS

       A summary of options is included below.

       -      Print usage message

       -b     Input asnfile in binary mode

       -e     Input is a Seq-entry

       -i filename
	      Read input from filename rather than stdin

       -l filename
	      Log errors to filename

       -o filename
	      Write output to filename rather than stdout
