Please issue lsof +D /oracle and show the output in code tags, thanks.

And do not try to kill those aioservers. Once started they will stay active, even if not needed. They have a starting amount and a max amount. If the system needs more of them than the starting amount, it spawns new ones until max is reached but, as said, they stay in the process list and do not terminate. If not needed, they just idle and do not really eat performance.

Hi Gurus, What is the recommended value for aioserver in aix 5.3 current value is 16384 And used is ps -k|wc -l 4768 We usauslly get issues like slow server performance and query waiting time more etc. Regards newaix (2 Replies)

/etc/splashy/themes/*/theme.xml describes the theme's behaviour The theme on which the file will have effect is the one which is contained in the same directory as this theme.xml file This configuration file is an XML file where all values are enclosed in tags A tag is anything enclosed between < and >. An opening tag has the form "<tag>" while a closing tag has its name preceded with a backslash () character as in "< ag>" Tags can be considered as folders. Each tag either contains tags or contains a value The value of the final tag affects in the field defined by its parents tags The following tag folders are supported: <splashy> This is the main container. Values are refered by their tag name prefixed with all of its parent tag's names. For example: "/splashy/theme/name" All values must be defined. Otherwise unpredictable things may happen FILES
