I have enabled the KeepInheritance under the ServerforNFS on the Windows server in the registry and waiting for test rsync.

The rsync command from what Peasant has suggested will be used. I will confirm once I get it tested.

I was thinking of scheduling the change of ownerships and permissions through a batch job on all affected files and folders daily but we have too many files and folders to perform this.

I just got word from our Linux support that --no-perm does not execute as the rsync version is too old. The version is 2.6.2. We will try upgrading our rsync version and we'll try again when the new rsync version will be implemented.

I'm looking for a way to create preprocessed .gz files of static pages to serve up to those browsers that can accept them. NAME

       zemberek-server - Turkish spell-checker server

SYNOPSIS

       zemberek-server [CONFILE]

       or

       java -jar /usr/share/java/zemberek-server.jar [CONFILE]

DESCRIPTION

       zemberek-server is a Java(TM) based ``Turkish'' spell checker daemon which listens a configured port (by default, 10444) for client connec-
       tions and responds with the Turkish spell checked output in a server-client fashion.  zemberek-server uses Zemberek, a Java(TM) based Turk-
       ish NLP library, at its heart.

       Certain	parts of the servers' behaviour can be controlled in the CONFILE configuration file.  For example, to change the listened port one
       can use the SERVER_PORT setting in CONFILE.

OPTIONS

       There are no options.

NOTES

       To make use of the server, a client program is required (see the next section).

       /etc/zemberek-server.conf
	      configuration file

       /var/log/zemberek-server.log
