Sftp transfer doing as single row

Hi All,
I have a file in windows when I transfer it using sftp it is getting as single line. I tried to do both ascii and binary

SYNOPSIS

DESCRIPTION

       The  strfry() function randomizes the contents of string by using rand(3) to randomly swap characters in the string.  The result is an ana-
