Aia's suggestion is close, but -name "_Highres.pdf" will only look for files named_Highres.pdf; not all files with names ending with_Highres.pdf.
Note also that most UNIX filesystems do not have a file creation date timestamp. The
find primary will limit the results to files whose status has changed in the last two days. If you use
instead, it will limit the results to files whose contents have changed in the last two days. If you are using a system that has a filesystem that does have file creation date timestamps, the man page for find on your system may list a different primary that can be used to check those file creation timestamps.
Try:
Presumably, you'll want to read the output from find in a loop and call ftp for each file found. Or, gather a list and if the list is not empty invoke ftp using mput instead of put.

The following script is used to loop through files in the /tmp directory and transfer those files onto another server.
However, some of the files do not transfer. It is very random when the transferring is done (i.e. one of the files won't transfer then next time, that one will transfer and... (1 Reply)

DESCRIPTION
Asks the lircd daemon to send one or more CIR (Consumer Infra-Red) commands. This is intended for remote control of electronic devices such
as TV boxes, HiFi sets, etc.
DIRECTIVE can be:
SEND_ONCE - send CODE [CODE ...] once
SEND_START - start repeating CODE
SEND_STOP - stop repeating CODE
LIST - list configured remote items
SET_TRANSMITTERS - set transmitters NUM [NUM ...]
SIMULATE - simulate IR event
REMOTE is the name of a remote, as described in the lircd configuration file.
