Partially match and rank question

Hi I am processing some files but have difficulty to deal with this one, hope someone can help me,Thank you in advance.
I have a file 1 like this
file 1:
Code:
aa|M30369.1| mfe: -15.1 kc
b|BX930090.1| mfe: -10.2 kc
GOOD mfe: -20.3 kc
BAD3.2 mfe: -25.4 kc

I also have a file 2 like this
file2:
Code:
GOOD
BAD3
BX930090

In file 1, each line has a value after "mfe:" and each line of file 2 is part of a line in file 1. I want to add the corresponding mfe value on file 2 and rank the lines of file 2 by ascending order based on the mfe value in file 1. So the output file 3 should be like this
file 3:
Code:
BAD3 (-25.4)
GOOD (-20.3)
BX930090 (-10.2)

So how can I achieve this and get file 3?
