there is a little toolbar above the textbox, on there is a white icon labeld "code" this makes look the text within it like this:
That helps enourmous to read code, specialy when there are many lines with (hopefully) indented code.

DESCRIPTION
dblink_get_notify retrieves notifications on either the unnamed connection, or on a named connection if specified. To receive notifications
