A few questions I'm afraid.
  • What else have you tried when you are booted single-user from CD?
  • Can you go to single user from disk?
  • Do you have all the disks available or has one failed?
  • Are you sure it is just corruption? I would expect it to prompt for an fsck to recover.
Sorry i don't have a suggestion just yet.

grid.py is a parameter selection tool for C-SVM classification using the RBF (radial basis function) kernel. It uses cross validation (CV) technique to estimate the accuracy of each parameter combination in the specified range and helps you to decide the best parameters for your problem. FILES
