Help with print out line that have different record in specific column
Input file 1:

Desired Output file 1:
Desired Output file 2:
Desired Output file 3:
I would like only print out the line that start change from "+" to "-" or "-" to "+".
Situation in Input file 2, is a bit more challenge.
I have no much idea about how to solve it out
