In the above file the first three user (marked as black text) never logged in server. The pink color marked user logged to the server some time back and the blue text users are current user.

So if you see color pink and blue the O/P file has their las logon detials.

So what I thought was we could take with

with grep and
and increment the count from

till line 3
Code:
either "last logon" and "on since"

will redirect to other newtext file to get like

       grub-mkrescue [-o | --output=FILE] [--modules=MODULES]

		      [--compress[=no,xz,gz,lzo]] [-d | --directory=DIR]

DESCRIPTION

       grub-mkrescue can be used to generate a rescue image with the GRUB bootloader.

OPTIONS

       --output=FILE

       --modules=MODULES
	      Pre-load modules specified by MODULES.

       --install-modules=MODULES
	      Install only MODULES and their dependencies.  The default is to install all available modules.

       --themes=THEMES
	      Install THEMES.  The default is to install the starfield theme, if available.

       --fonts=FONTS
	      Install FONTS.  The default is to install the unicode font.

       --locales=LOCALES
	      Install only locales listed in LOCALES.  The default is to install all available locales.

       --compress[=no,xz,gz,lzo]
	      Compress GRUB files using the specified compression algorithm.

	      Use images and modules in DIR.
