Red indicates wrong place for the single quote.
awk -F, -> set delimiter to `,'
'{print NF}' -> display the number of fields, since nothing has a `,' the whole echo pipe is just `1' field. That's why. Remove the `-F,' and you'll see another story.

i) As per my knowledge $row is taking ARRAY Refernce from the database

These three finds worked as expected:
$ find . -iname "*.PDF"
$ find . -iname "*.PDF" \( ! -name "*_nobackup.*" \)
$ find . -path "*_nobackup*" -prune -iname "*.PDF"
They all returned the match:
./folder/file.pdf
:b:
This find returned no matches:

I can't use chflags hidden {} cause it doesn't add period to the beginning of the string for web purpose. So far with my knowledge, I only know mdfind or tag can be used to search files with... SYNOPSIS
bool fbsql_data_seek (resource $result, int $row_number)
DESCRIPTION
Moves the internal row pointer of the FrontBase result associated with the specified result identifier to point to the specified row num-
ber.
The next call to fbsql_fetch_row(3) would return that row.
PARAMETERS

result -A result identifier returned by fbsql_query(3) or fbsql_db_query(3).

- The row number. Starts at 0.
