Shell to display portion of a line

1st I am trying to display all the lines from GMDCOM.27936.log.txt in the below format.

Code:
[36812974    [Tue Oct  1 13:32:40 2013]]

How do i display all the records from the file GMDCOM.27936.log.txt in the above format. File is attached in the previous post.


I was trying the below code. but its not working.

cat $file | cut -d ' ' -f 10

Code:
awk 'NR==1 { print 36812974:", $1, $2, $3 } ' trial

The "Locale::Codes::LangVar" module provides access to standard codes used for identifying language variations, such as those as defined in the IANA language registry. Most of the routines take an optional additional argument which specifies the code set to use. If not specified, the default IANA language registry codes will be used. SUPPORTED CODE SETS
There are several different code sets you can use for identifying language variations. A code set may be specified using either a name, or a constant that is automatically exported by this module.
