You need to start with your SAN admin and confirm the disk is still present and visible. It looks like your server isn't seeing it for some reason.

OS is Solaros 10 Sparc
While doing Netbackup upgradation to 7.5 , the server was asked to reboot.
But then it came up in single user mode,
and after I typed format command it showed some disk error.
