Just tried this, (I'm new to server computers, the most I've done with computers until I got this box is repairing laptops or desktops... Even this old box (E450) impresses me, I just inspected, cleaned, switched and reseated 1 bank of ram, the entire process from shutdown to boot was 7 minutes.) Now back on topic... Currently waiting for the POST diag to complete, I'll edit my post with the results then.

EDIT: There we go!

OS is not detected CPU and memory

Hi, Server AIBVRFCC failed POST while booting on 06/28/2009. Server is up, but OS cannot see two CPUs (CPU 0 and CPU 2) and half of the installed system memory (8 GB is physically installed but only 4 GB is seen by OS now). bld00016:root psrinfo 1 on-line since 06/28/09 05:51:36 3 on-line... install-solaris install-solaris invokes the Solaris Install program. Depending on graphical capability and available memory at the time of invocation, install-solaris invokes either a text-based installer or a graphical installer.
