A general solution with a state variable
Code:
awk '$1~/^\[/ {s=0} s==1 {print} $1=="["key"]" {s=1}' key="$value" input_file.txt

One can simply add a sub key
Code:
awk -F= '/^\[/ {s=0} s==1 && $1==subkey {print $2} $0=="["key"]" {s=1}' key="$value" subkey="Address" input_file.txt
