Thanks for looking at this!!! Yes below are the conditions
- Process should take the absolute value of 5th field
- Value 1 in 4th field will always make the 5th field negative
- Value 22 in the 4th field always make the 5th field positive
- Final output should cancel the matching values for 1 and 22 [Rest of the fields to be taken]

I want to use the alias variable 'rec' and check the value if >0 insert values else create table.

Print selected parts of lines from each FILE to standard output.

Mandatory arguments to long options are mandatory for short options too.
-b, --bytes=LIST
select only these bytes
-c, --characters=LIST
select only these characters
-d, --delimiter=DELIM
use DELIM instead of TAB for field delimiter
-f, --fields=LIST
select only these fields; also print any line that contains no delimiter character, unless the -s option is specified
-n (ignored)
--complement
complement the set of selected bytes, characters or fields
-s, --only-delimited
do not print lines not containing delimiters
--output-delimiter=STRING
