First thing to check is that Putty is able to get to the target and is not being defeated by some network issue. Putty may not be able to connect to the target at all and the circuit is being dropped by some network device.
Can you ping the target? If you seem to be able to, can you down the target and make sure that ping stops? Somehow, ensure that you don't have a network issue.

I use putty and vncviewer on XP to get screen form the RH Enterprise ws 6.0 . Although it has high quality of graphics scrolling down leads to blinks on screen which is annoying while using EDA design tools.

i am trying to connect my Putty session on a windows box to a linux SSH, i have generated private and public key pairs using puttygen, i have set the public one to be in an OPENSSH format... and have put this in my authorized_keys file in linux, when i connect i get the following errors:

Specifies the renderbuffer target of the binding operation. target must be GL_RENDERBUFFER.
renderbuffer
Specifies the name of the renderbuffer object to bind.
DESCRIPTION
glBindRenderbuffer binds the renderbuffer object with name renderbuffer to the renderbuffer target specified by target. target must be
GL_RENDERBUFFER. renderbuffer is the name of a renderbuffer object previously returned from a call to glGenRenderbuffers(), or zero to

ERRORS
