That might be - again, i don't know these cards, so i am guesssing like you.
Devices are organized in trees, so each device may have a parent device. Use the "lsdev" (see "man lsdev" for details) command to find out about the organization of your iSCSI devices.
As "iSCSI" is basically SCSI over an IP net it would make sense that the cards you have show up as Ethernet cards.
