I appreciate the Ubuntu thought, because it corroborates my cursory survey of the possibles. E.g. ...
Yesterday: I installed Ubuntu "along side" Windows 7 on a notebook. Ubuntu didn't find the wireless NI, so I have some work yet -- which is welcome. Translating windows "driver" for me will be UX files found or added to /dev
so "getting a clue" ... enjoyable.

I am calling shell script, using process builder in java. if any error triggered in script i am catching error line in a log file.
my script is doing 1) creating xml files .
2) gzip the file
3)export the created file from source to destination server.
