I tested it on GNU/Linux and shell /bin/bash

I recommend you to run ps and verify if you have any previous instance of this script & tail command running because I see the listening section is not getting gracefully terminated after selecting option q and I see this is causing the behavior that you mentioned.

NAME

       Graphics::Primitive::Insets - Space between things

DESCRIPTION

       Graphics::Primitive::Insets represents the amount of space that surrounds something.  This object can be used to represent either padding
       or margins (in the CSS sense, one being inside the bounding box, the other being outside)

SYNOPSIS

METHODS

   Constructor
