Operating Systems AIX GPFS initial setup, but perhaps this is a SAN/VIO question Post 302741657 by MichaelFelt on Sunday 9th of December 2012 06:07:39 PM

If all the Luns are recognized by the vios then the simplest setup would be to define vscsi target devices to client partitions.
It is not hard once you know the process. If your company has a POWER 795 then I hope they will send you a standard training.
The command on the vios is mkvdev.
Another possibility is to use NPIV. Again, this is covered in a standard training. Others might be able to write all the instructions, I am not handy enough with forums other than provide the two keywords to search on further: vscsi and NPIV.

Sorry for the horrendous layout. I am trying to master using a tablet :P at me.

How to configure new hdisk such that it has a gpfs fs on it and is added to a running gpfs cluster?

Hi, I have a running GPFS cluster. For one every mountpoint that i have created i have one disk assigned to it. That disk is converted to an NSD and is a part of the GPFS Cluster. Hey everyone. I'm creating a DNS master/slave server set up. Generally, it takes as input a gradient corresponding to the result image from the MPSNNFilterNode and returns a gradient image corresponding to the source image of the MPSNNFilterNode. In addition, there is generally a MPSNNState produced by the MPSNNFilterNode that is consumed by the MPSNNGradientNode and the MPSNNGradientNode generally needs to look at the MPSNNFilterNode source image. If you have a simple method to traverse your inference graph backwards, then -[MPSNNFilterNode gradientFilterWithSource:] is a simple way to construct these. Method Documentation - (NSArray <MPSNNGradientFilterNode*> * __nonnull) gradientFiltersWithSource: (MPSNNImageNode *__nonnull) gradientImage Return multiple gradient versions of the filter MPSNNFilters that consume multiple inputs generally result in multiple conjugate filters for the gradient computation at the end of training. For example, a single concatenation operation that concatenates multple images will result in an array of slice operators that carve out subsections of the input gradient image.
