Hi DouggieC,

Login in to sc and try to chec the follwing commands from sc.

1. showenvironment,
2. showlogs
if u cant find any error. Try to reset sc.

Check the firmware version.

I was asked to look into a problem with a Sun Netra 440 in another department.
