If the unix user has root privilages, should the file permission be changed to read/move the file?

Zaxxon, Can I add a windows user and unix user into the same group?

/rhelREPO contains all 5cds of RHEL and it is a mount of /dev/sdb1
ip: 192.168.1.133 :works /var/www/html/index.html content is in browser

I try to use setfacl command to change the permission of the group primary it does not accept the command , it really accept but don't change the permission on the group. the point here I read that if I use chmod command on group primary the mask changed, but if I use setfacl mask should not... grub-render-label - generate a .disk_label for Apple Macs.
SYNOPSIS
grub-render-label [OPTION...] [OPTIONS]
DESCRIPTION
Render Apple .disk_label.
-b, --bgcolor=COLOR
use COLOR for background
-c, --color=COLOR
use COLOR for text
-f, --font=FILE
use FILE as font (PF2).
-i, --input=FILE
read text from FILE.
-o, --output=FILE
set output filename. Default is STDOUT
-t, --text=STRING
set the label to render
-v, --verbose
print verbose messages.
-?, --help
give this help list
--usage
give a short usage message
-V, --version
print program version
