This is not likely to happen and is a fairly unreasonable request given the current state of computer security. AIX is not a platform for which you can run a "home" version on a PC like you do Linux. It is based on IBM hardware and it is fairly unlikely anyone is just going to give you an account to poke around on their box.

I login as "user1" . Now when i do "su -" to be root user I have to give password for root .
Is there any way through which we can skip giving the password to root.
i.e.
user1@work:~$ su -
Password: xxxxxx
work:~$
