Sorry for the trouble again guys.
I have similar task to do on a windows platform. I have installed UnixUtils to use gawk.
This is the command I am using (different type of input file but structure is same)

Input file:
Code:
User Name: Administrator
Description: Generic Admin User
Role: ERM Administrator
Last Login Date: Apr 12, 2012 4:47:07 PM
User Name: dba1
Description: DBA TEAM
Role: ERM Administrator
Last Login Date: Mar 5, 2012 1:04:35 PM
User Name: operator
Description: Operations TEAM
Role: ERM Operator
Last Login Date: Apr 6, 2012 1:13:19 PM

Code:
C:\Program Files (x86)\UnixUtils\usr\local\wbin>gawk -F":" "BEGIN{ print \"User Name, Description, Role, Last Login Date\"}{print $2\",\"$4\
",\"$6\",\"$8}" RS= mytxt.txt
User Name, Description, Role, Last Login Date
Administrator, Generic Admin User, ERM Administrator, Apr 12, 2012 4

GAWK process only the first record. Why it doesn't continue. I suspect I am not doing correctly with RS in WIN GAWK. Any help please?

Thanks
