So this works well for changing a single closing bracket to three closing brackets between 2 specified strings in a file:
I have a new issue once again. What I would like to do now is change the 5th occurrence of a single closing bracket to three closing brackets. Starting from for example SECTION2-END until lets say SECTION15-END. So the 5th bracket would be changed to ]]]

END commits the current transaction. All changes made by the transaction become visible to others and are guaranteed to be durable if a
crash occurs. This command is a PostgreSQL extension that is equivalent to COMMIT(7).

Optional key words. They have no effect.
NOTES
Use ROLLBACK(7) to abort a transaction.
Issuing END when not inside a transaction does no harm, but it will provoke a warning message.

To commit the current transaction and make all changes permanent:
