You may need to use mysqldump and use the resulting files to import into Linux box.

mysqldump

If your tables are in MyISAM format, mysqlhotcopy may be an option, but I've never used it. Check out the man pages for it too.

install-solaris install-solaris invokes the Solaris Install program. Depending on graphical capability and available memory at the time of invocation, install-solaris invokes either a text-based installer or a graphical installer.
