Removing columns from a text file that do not have any values in second and third columns
I have a text file that has three columns. But at the end of the text file, there are trailing lines that have missing second and third columns:
4 0.04972604 KLHL28
4 0.0497332 CSTB
4 0.04979822 AIF1
4 0.04983331 DECR2
4 0.04990344 KATNB1
4

How can I remove the trailing lines with missing second and third columns, so that my text file looks like the following:
4 0.04972604 KLHL28
4 0.0497332 CSTB
4 0.04979822 AIF1
4 0.04983331 DECR2

Thanks!

DESCRIPTION
The column utility formats its input into multiple columns. Rows are filled before columns. Input is taken from file operands, or, by

The options are as follows:
-c Output is formatted for a display columns wide.
-s Specify a set of characters to be used to delimit columns for the -t option.
-t Determine the number of columns the input contains and create a table. Columns are delimited with whitespace, by default, or with
the characters supplied using the -s option. Useful for pretty-printing displays.
-x Fill columns before filling rows.
Column exits 0 on success, >0 if an error occurred.
