If you sort the files, you can simply feed them into
diff which will produce lines like > text for things in file1, < for things in file2.
In other words, what ranga posted 1 minute faster than me.
But the input files
must be in sorted order.

As such i know "sdiff and comm" commands but these commands compare 2 files together. If I use sdiff command then i have to compare each file with other which will increase the codes.
