Ok. Then check for sftp command's -b option. It helps you to place all your commands in a file and use the file with -b option

$>cat Sftp.bat
pwd
!ls -ltr

$>sftp -b Sftp.bat username@host

sftp-server implements the server side of the SSH File Transfer Protocol as defined in the IETF draft-ietf-secsh-filexfer. sftp-server is a subsystem for sshd(1M) and must not be run directly.
