Aix 5.3 - All ports in use

dear friend. Actually I do not know what happens if you have fewer TCP_Ephemeral_low TCP_ephemeral_high and configured. you know? What happens if my unix aix comes standard from 1024 to 65535 and I change for 1024 to 32800, for example.
The first thing we did was separate the two services which, incidentally, were using the same port. Now there are more, so I asked you - what can happen if both services are using the same port (was working well, but it was not correct). Our lock-up problem persists, we are still working. Thank you Zaxxon.
