I sometimes bulk upload data in oracle. The problem is that I sometimes get an INSERT statemnt like this:
INSERT INTO ALL_USER_HOTSPOT_DETAILS (USR_LOGIN,USR_LASTNAME,USR_FIRSTNAME,USR_EMAIL,
