I have chossen "installation method" as hard drive and press Ok....now new screen came as "Select Partition", and the text wrtn here as:

"What partition and directory on that partition hold the CD(iso9660) images for red hat enterprise linux server? If you don't see the disk drive you're using listed here, press F2 to configure additional device."

Then I have a directory listed as /dev/hda1 and a text box as:

Directory holding images: ---------------

1) I put / and other option on this this text box(including sr and sr0 as suggeted above) and got below message:
"Device /dev/hda1 does not appear to contain Red hat Enterprise Linux Server CDROM images"(When I enter /)
"Failed to read directory /tmp/hdimage/sr : No such file or directory"(When I enter sr,sr0,e:, etc)

2)I pressed F2 to see other devices and got new screen as "Driver disk Source"

"You have multiple devices which could serve as source for a drive disk. Which would you like to use?"

and I have 2 option here "hdc" and "hda" but none worked..

This was my problem...but it resolved after I tried many options..It was just to remove cable of my inbuilt CD drive and then using the usb one...
