Hi, I want to write a script that runs a command (at -l) and writes the output to a file. If the command (at -l) command returns no value (is empty/null) then write a message to the file in place of the command output.

How do you echo something once when a find statement returns null results?
This is when using mutiple locations and mutiple arguments.
The below find command the inner loop of a nested for loop where the outter loop holds the $args and the inner loop holds the locations.

I have 2 HP-UX on same subnet and having a problem on one about ping. I'll call them as hp01 hp02.
hp01 can ping hp02 (ping says %100 transmitted)
hp01 can ssh/telnet hp02
hp02 can ssh/telnet hp01
hp02 cannot ping hp02 (ping says %100 packet loss)

DESCRIPTION
mkoctfile is used to compile source C, C++ or Fortran source code in dynamically loadble file for octave(1).
OPTIONS
mkoctfile accepts the following options:
-IDIR Add include directory DIR to compile commands.
-DDEF Add definition DEF to compiler call.
-lLIB Add library LIB to link command.
-LDIR Add library directory DIR to link command.
-M|--depend
Generate dependency files (.d) for C and C++ source files.
-c Compile but do not link.
-o FILE|--output FILE
Output file name; default extension is .oct.

Print configuration variable VAR. Recognized variables are:
