Lots of people use:
- a X-Window web browser on LINUX, like firefox Man Page for firefox (All Section 1) - The UNIX and Linux Forums,
- lynx the text browser Man Page for lynx (All Section 1) - The UNIX and Linux Forums or
- wget: Man Page for wget (OpenSolaris Section 1) - The UNIX and Linux Forums
- ftp, rcp, scp them over from their PC using a LINUX or PC ftp, rcp, ssh, ssh2 server
- mount part of their PC on the LINUX system using SAMBA or NFS,
- mount part of their LINUX system on the PC,
- a floppy, RW CD, DVD or usb drive,
- sendng email attachments (I guess I am stretching here . . . :-)
