You will need to write the variables you want to overwrite in script B in a config file.

Code:

# Write the variables you want to overwrite in script B to the config file from script A

scriptBConfigFile="<PathToConfigFile>/scriptB.cfg"
echo "key=2" > "${scriptBConfigFile}"
