NAME

       SDL_JoystickOpen - Opens a joystick for use.

SYNOPSIS

DESCRIPTION

       Opens a joystick for use within SDL. The index refers to the N'th joystick in the system. A joystick must be opened before it game be used.

RETURN VALUE
