You can use NIM server to backup the OS ROOTVG and restore it on the virtual physical server. You just have to install the filesets of NIM Server on any existing server...

CPU high - apache real server OK, virtual server not

Got two RHEL servers - one real and one virtual/cloud. Both run apache web server. When traffic is applied, CPU seems to go quite high on virtual one (20%) but real is not really affected. create-http-qos --user admin_user[--password admin_password][--host localhost] [--port 4848][--passwordfile filename][--secure|-s][--virtu- alserver virtual_server_ID] [--bwlimit bwlimit][--enforcebwlimit=enforce_bw_limit][--connlimit connection_limit] [--enforce- connlimit=enforce_conn_limit]instance_name Adds a new quality of service pamameter associated with the named server instance. --user administrative user associated for the instance. --password administrative password corresponding to the administrative user. --host host name of the machine hosting the administrative instance. --port administrative port number associated with the administrative host. --passwordfile file containing passwords appropriate for the command (e.g., administrative instance). --secure if true, uses SSL/TLS to communicate with the administrative instance. --virtualserver virtual server ID.
