grep command query

Hi

I have file like this:
Sun Jan 24 03:00:00 2010: *** Weekly Process - get_ens_files.pl START ***
Sun Jan 24 03:00:00 2010: *** ***
Sun Jan 24 03:00:00 2010: ***************************************************
Sun Jan 24 03:00:11 2010: T_USER File does not exist or can not be opened.
Sun Jan 24 03:00:11 2010: Incomplete T_ACCOUNT, T_USER and T_USER_FEATURE file set.

I would like to find the how many rows occurred on Jan 24 2010
