Code:
my $flag = 0;
my $function_to_match = $ARGV[0];
open my $fh , '<','abc.txt' || die "$!";
while(my $line = <$fh>){
        chomp $line;
        $flag = 0 if ($line =~ m/solaris_testing/);
        $flag = 1 if ($line =~ m/^$function_to_match\s+:/ || $line =~ m/^$function_to_match\s*$/);
        print "$line\n" if ($flag);
}
close $fh;

you can pass the function name as either a argv or use getopt module

run the script like perl scriptname fm_void_sub
