PHP 5.3 compile on Solaris 10 : make distclean :: fatal error
I'm trying to install PHP 5.3 on Solaris 10 .
I'm using etc/apache2
and installed mysql 5.1.39.
When I tried to compile PHP 5.3, with the following configure text,
Code:
./configure --with-mysql=/usr/local/mysql \
--with-mysqli=/usr/local/mysql/bin/mysql_config --with-zlib-dir=/usr/local \
--with-config-file-path=/usr/local/lib/php --with-freetype-dir=/usr/local \
--with-jpeg-dir=/usr/local --with-png-dir=/usr/local --with-xpm-dir=/usr/local \
--with-xpm-dir=/usr/local --with-ttf=/usr/local

it makes fail and said mysql lib is not correct or somewhere else error.
So I tried to run "make distclean" command but it shows
"make: Fatal error: Don't know how to make target `distcelan'" error
How do I fix that problem?
I really need help and appreciate your help.

I have curl compiled into /usr/local. I needed to install another version into /usr/local/curl-7.19.5 and compile php using that directory. automake distclean does work, but distcheck gives error

When I run autogen.sh(the auto hell stuffs+configure) and type "make distclean", I get a proper result(which can be built). NAME

       ld - link editor, dynamic link editor

SYNOPSIS

       /usr/ucb/ld [options]

DESCRIPTION

       /usr/ucb/ld  is	the  link  editor  for	the BSD Compatibility Package. /usr/ucb/ld is identical to /usr/bin/ld (see ld(1)) except that BSD
       libraries and routines are included before the base libraries and routines.

OPTIONS

       /usr/ucb/ld accepts the same options as /usr/bin/ld, with the following exceptions:

       -Ldir	    Add dir to the list of directories searched for libraries by /usr/bin/ld. Directories specified with this option are  searched
		    before /usr/ucblib and /usr/lib.

       -Y LU,dir    Change the default directory used for finding libraries.

		    This option can have unexpected results, and should not be used.
