This my frustrating disk space script that is supposed to send me a email whenever the disk space reaches 90% but this has some problem that just would not work ..can anyone please tell me when im going wrong

for instance i only want to get those partitions whose diskspace has exceed 70%.

Calling all experts:
When I ftp from Mainframe to unix server, the ftp message says fixed length 2060, but i lose trailing spaces.
I tried a solution i found here,
awk ' { printf("%-2060s\n",$0) } ' fname1 > fname2
works for small records but, err msg: string too long, for long records

I have a disk space check script that uses an exceptions file, the only issue with the script is that it does not work with values higher than the FSMAX=85 value. lo -- software loopback network interface SYNOPSIS
pseudo-device loop DESCRIPTION
The loop interface is a software loopback mechanism which may be used for performance analysis, software testing, and/or local communication. As with other network interfaces, the loopback interface must have network addresses assigned for each address family with which it is to be used. These addresses may be set or changed with the SIOCSIFADDR ioctl(2). The loopback interface should be the last interface configured, as protocols may use the order of configuration as an indication of priority. The loopback should never be configured first unless no hard- ware interfaces exist. DIAGNOSTICS
