Yes I have made a mistake...the error was:
stty: /dev/ttyS2: unable to perform all requested operations
I have a doubt: ^Z in ASCII code is \032 so I have to write echo -en "\0321a">&5 or echo -en "\032">&5?

The echo() function enables Echo mode for the current screen. The noecho() function disables Echo mode for the current screen. Initially,
