Thanks for the reply danmero, but this code does the opposite. it returns all files with the text "4R". I need to return all files WITHOUT "4R". I also tried negating it using ! character as suggested in other thread here, but sill did not work. I hope you can help. thanks again.

I want an one line command that brings me back all the files in a folder that contain 4 specific words anywhere inside them.
I want to use find,xargs and grep. for example i know for one word the command would be:
find . | xargs grep 'Word1'

This isn't working :confused:, it's not pulling the files that contain the regex. Please help me rewrite this :wall:.
