You cant ( either its windows look either its X look...)
With windows as manager you open a xwindow terminal session with windows managing it as if it were a windows application...
Now Reflection is V14... 10 was buggy and dates from NT4 period...
You should at least be in V12... (Includes SSH...)
If you are running NT4 then you have in Reflection utilities a mutidesktop manager, that will be your solution: Desktop 1 : Windows 2: X
Then you configure:
Window Manager Settings -
* X terminal desktop
Default window manager -
* None

At school, on an HP-UX or B.11.11 U 9000/785 system, my X11 root window is always set to 8-bit color, but all the child windows are 24-bit. I am using Reflection X to xterm to a Sol 10 box from a Win XP box. I set the display variable on the Sol:
DISPLAY=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:0.0
export DISPLAY

gnome-theme-manager [gnome-std-options]

The Theme preferences tool allows you to select a theme for various parts of your desktop. Your desktop theme specifies the visual appear-
