Xlib: connection refused by server

When you get the following errors, you've run out of X sockets.
Xlib: connection to :0.0 refused by server
Xlib: maximum number of clients reached
By default, the X server has a limit of just 128. In order to increase this limit, you need to run at least Solaris 8 or an earlier release with the Xserver patch applies that fixes bug: 4185418 the X server should support more connections .Then change the Xservers configuration file and add the "-clients 1024" option to the X commandline.

I have two computers running Debian 6.0 and one running Solaris 2.6 on a private network. The Debian computers can ftp to the Solaris computer but if a Debian computer is the destination the ftp connection is refused. I assume this is some security feature of Debian. Ask the sound server to quit. roar_exit() let the server quit without waiting for any clients. All streams and client connections will be closed cleanly. roar_terminate() will let the server quit as soon as all clients disconnects and all input streams ended. The listening socket will be closed. This is useful in case of restarting roard. PARAMETERS
con An open controll connection to the server. terminate Wait for all clients to disconnect and all streams to EOF in case of 1. In case of 0 roar_terminate() is equal to roar_exit(). RETURN VALUE
On success these calls return 0. On error, -1 is returned. NOTES
Even when the call was successfull you have to use roar_disconnect(3) to disconnect from the server. EXAMPLES
