AIX Service Packs
Can anyone out there let me know what is the *common* Technology Level and Service Pack that everyone is at?
I am at
5300-06-04-0748 on all of my LPARs.
Also- does anyone have any guidelinies to rolling out new TL and Sps?
Thanks

Hi,
I'm new to AIX, and have to make some services start at system startup. The IBM-Redbook says I have to edit /etc/inittab. As a long time (Debian)-Linux Admin I'm a bit confused. Is there something like /etc/init.d/$SERVICE in AIX?

DESCRIPTION
libORBitCosNaming-2 is a library for CORBA naming service clients. It provides the interface neccessary for an application to use a
