for exemple
my function is like
i need to put the printed string into a variable
sommeting like :
I am working on a script that will recycle processes in an application identified by entry ids. I am reading a file, and using the first field in the records in file to store the entry ids. The second field is a description. I have two records in this file to test my script.

I have this shell:

echo $* > Log1
}

AAA "TEST" > Log2
.....
I not see the same output in the 2 files ; only Log1 result with the strings $*
Log2 is without strings ....

when I run I get this, why the value still remain 0.

I would like to have the output from an Oracle procedure be captured into a bash variable, then emailed to me when it runs on the cron daily as such:

PARAMETERS
o $classname
- The class in which to redefine the method
o $methodname
- The name of the method to redefine
o $args
- Comma-delimited list of arguments for the redefined method
o $code
- The new code to be evaluated when $methodname is called
o $flags
- The redefined method can be CLASSKIT_ACC_PUBLIC, CLASSKIT_ACC_PROTECTED or CLASSKIT_ACC_PRIVATE
Note
This parameter is only used as of PHP 5, because, prior to this, all methods were public.
RETURN VALUES
Returns TRUE on success or FALSE on failure.
