parstatus and vparstatus will give you an idea whether you're dealing with physical (NPAR) or virtual (VPAR) partitions here. If you are running a VPAR it's possible that CPUs have been removed using vparmodify?

We have a C program which does the encryption and decryption. It is running fine in UNIX 386. But the same C program is giving different results in HP UX server.
